We train our staff in both theory and practice. Upon the completion of training, staff will join our team and start working immediately. Meals are provided to our staff daily, even in the event of overtime. The Jilong Hardware team also awards its top performing staff annually. 


Jilong hardware is home to over120 employees across its two manufacturing facilities that occupy19,000+ square meters of factory space. Jilong looks to build on a €10 million sales year in 2019 and maintain the highest standard of product and customer satisfaction moving forward.

Jilong Hardware is an independent product manufacturer that uses only certified raw materials. Flaw detection and tensile strength tests are just a few of the testing procedures we conduct to ensure our product is of the highest quality.


Jilong is a transparent company; we hold open discussions amongst ourselves and with the client to reach a consensus. Should we reach any problems along the way our emergency services respond within 24 hours and our formal responses are in less than 48 hours.


Customers are given a Jilong Hardware representative to oversee their requests. The Jilong Hardware Team initiates and completes the production, sales and timely delivery. Our staff are available to assist our customers in any way possible and put their needs first. Jilong Hardwareis a trusted partner that values long-term partnerships.

We offer a variety of precast concrete anchors, die casting and plastic injection products, as well as metal stamping parts. Our attention to detail lasts from start to finish, with our flexible staff working to resolve any issues within 48 hours of detection.

Our dedicated project manager will follow every step of your order from production through to the final shipment. Records for tracing each step will be provided to our clients. 

Quality OEM Services

Products will be made according to your sample or drawing. Each process will be inspected by our circle QC and the finished products will be controlled by QC manager before shipping.  

6 Month Shelf Life

Products are galvanized and the surface is treated with Zinc. This helps to provide a half-year shelf life from the date of shipment.

PROJECT PROCESS

  1.  Once we have confirmed the purchase our representative will initiate the internal production order at Jilong.

  2. The statistics team will then upload the order specifications to our system for archiving and distribution to the relevant departments within Jilong.

  3. A production process chart (PPC) created by our technical department gives our team clear guidelines.

  4. The production order stipulates the quality and quantity of the raw materials necessary to make the product.

  5. The quality assurance team stores the raw materials in our facilities then they are transferred to the production facility.

  6. The final product yielded by the production team will then be put through a rigorous inspection by the quality control department.

  7. The team at our packing facility organizes and stores the final product before the quality control manager conducts the final sampling inspection and confirms the quality before shipment.

  8. The warehouse team will then notify your sales person of the completion of the product manufacturing inspection and packing.

  9. The representative and customer will arrange the shipment once the logistics department has the customers shipment information. They will take responsibility for the order until the goods leave the port (FOB) or arrive at the warehouse specified by the customer.
